PROFESSIONAL LEARNING &
CONTINUING EDUCATION
I offer professional learning and continuing education opportunities for social workers, educators, and helping professionals committed to reflective practice, ethical leadership, and lifelong learning. My approach integrates evidence-informed content, applied skill development, and structured reflection to support meaningful and sustainable professional growth. Professional learning offerings are available for individuals, organizations, academic programs, and professional groups and may be delivered in virtual, hybrid, or in-person formats.
Continuing Education for Social Workers
I provide continuing education workshops and learning experiences grounded in the values, ethics, and evolving practice contexts of social work. Topics emphasize ethical decision-making, professional identity, supervision and leadership, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practice, and the integration of coaching-informed approaches into social work roles. I am a CE Provider for the Alabama Board of Social Work Examiners (#0713).
Custom Workshops and Learning Series
Professional learning offerings can be tailored to meet the needs of specific organizations, agencies, or academic programs. This includes one-time workshops, multi-session learning series, retreats, and facilitated discussions designed to align with organizational goals, accreditation requirements, or workforce development priorities.
