I have over ten years of community-based practice experience, and another 15 years in social work education, from adjunct to associate professor. I offer supervision and consultation services to individuals, groups, & organizations.

I offer both group and individual supervision for social workers pursuing licensure in the State of Alabama:
Group social work supervision for social workers at all levels in Alabama. The group format provides a structured, supportive space for case consultation, ethical decision-making, professional development, and reflective practice. This option is best for individuals seeking consistent supervision while benefiting from peer learning and shared professional dialogue. Here are the details:
- Group supervision is held weekly on Thursdays from 12 – 1 PM (Central Time) and meets virtually for 60 minutes via a secure online platform.
The cost for group supervision is $150 per month, which includes weekly sessions. - Discounted rates are available for graduates of the BSSW or MSW Program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
I also offer individual social work supervision for those who prefer a one-on-one format or require a more personalized approach. Individual supervision is available for $200 per month.
All supervision options are designed to be accessible, collegial, and grounded in the values and standards of the social work profession.
