My Approach

I am a social worker and a coach. Social work is a values-based profession that is regulated, holding social workers to professional standards of practice.  Coaching is a client-centered profession that promotes ethical practice with goal-oriented outcomes.  I combine these two professional approaches as a coach, a social work supervisor, an educator, and a consultant.
