Individual & Group Coaching
What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative process between you as the client and me as the coach to achieve your goals and dreams. The process focuses on the “here and now” to help you learn and reflect on the things most important to you for clarity and purpose in your daily professional and personal life.
What are coaching sessions like?
Coaching sessions occur virtually and last no more than 60 minutes at a time. Each session is goal-driven based on your needs, and we will work together to co-create your vision for professional and personal success. Your role in the sessions is to engage with curiosity and self-reflection while my role will be to ask questions and hold space to promote deeper insight. I practice ethical coaching as outlined by the International Coach Federation, which means all sessions are professional and confidential.
What is Group Coaching?
Group coaching offers another level of the collaborative process by adding other group members into the process with me as the coach. The process still focuses on the “here and now” to help you learn and reflect on the things most important to you for clarity and purpose in your daily professional and personal life.
